(CPChem) through its wholly owned subsidiary Arabian Chevron Pillips Co (ACP) is a 50% shareholder of the Joint ventures in Jubail, along side the Saudi Industrial Investment Group (SIIG). CPChem, is a global leader in the petrochemical business, with a proven track record of efficient management and decision-making framework, strong experience and track record in setting up and managing profitable petrochemical operations as well as a commitment to growing along with SIIG, the chemical and plastics portfolio within KSA.

Accordingly, it is envisaged that CPChem has and will further (i) leverage(d) its relationships with equipment vendors, technology providers and contractors to develop a considerably large integrated Benzene, Olefin and Polyolefin complexes region-wide, (ii) provide(d) the Joint Venture with the requisite operational, marketing support through its existing business relationships throughout the region, technical expertise, and managerial resources to develop, operate and manage its Subsidiaries and (iii) implement(d) its proven strategies (developed in its current operations) to position the Joint Venture projects as a leading petrochemical complex.
